Burton’s Spring/Summer Tri-City Launch in Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco
The event series kicked off in the Windy City with Chicago dogs courtesy of Chubby Wieners and cold drinks to wash ’em down provided by Mountain Dew, PBR, and Sailor Jerry. The party, co-presented with Empty Bottle Presents, got started as soon as attendees arrived—free Burton koozies and key chains were given to the first fifty people through the door—and as the line down the block made its way into the store, attendees were treated to an explosive, jam-packed performance by hometown rockers The Orwells.
FLOODFest 2015: SXSW
2015 marked first-ever FLOODfest, taking place in Austin, Texas. The SXSW festival showcase featured some of the festival’s biggest names like Spoon, Run the Jewels, The Ting Tings, and Best Coast, as well as (at-the-time) buzzed-about up-and-comers Courtney Barnett, Viet Cong, METZ, and many more.
